Abstract
This thesis investigates distributed signal processing techniques for cell-free massive MIMO systems, with a focus on developing scalable algorithms that enable efficient cooperation among distributed access points. The research addresses key challenges in fronthaul signaling, computational complexity, and spectral efficiency optimization. Novel sequential processing algorithms are developed and analyzed, demonstrating significant performance improvements while maintaining practical implementation feasibility. The work bridges theoretical analysis with practical system design considerations for next-generation wireless networks.
